Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@loveeveryleaf.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to review and send a replacement or issue a refund for applicable circumstances.

Refunds

If approved, refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Delivery & Pickup

City-wide delivery for Winnipeg is available for $25 flat rate per address.

For florals, please remit the recipients contact info as we will need to ensure there will be someone home.

Please send address for areas outside the perimeter and we would be happy to calculate delivery fees.

Free local pickup is available in Osborne Village and can be arranged in advance.
