15-Year Anniversary at Love Every Leaf

Fifteen years ago Love Every Leaf Landscape Design began with a simple promise: to show up, do the work, and keep learning. We built our confidence and our business one thoughtful step at a time (just as gardens grow, quietly and steadily, from the care you give them every day).

Our first projects were driven by willingness. We took jobs that stretched our skills, learned from each season, and trusted that effort would lead to big progress. Every new design, every site visit in rain or shine, every late-night plant list and early-morning site measurement reinforced us that action creates clarity. Over time those small, consistent choices and steps became the foundation of a company that our people rely on across Winnipeg.

What we’ve learned in 15 years is great landscapes aren’t born from perfection but they’re shaped by exploration, adaptation, and persistence. That mindset allowed us to expand from simple backyard refreshes into full-service design and installation in perennial gardens, low-maintenance plantings, patios, decks, pergolas, fences, and custom hardscapes that bring daily life outdoors.

Our growth hasn’t been without bumps. Projects that challenged our assumptions taught us a lot of things. Weather, budgets, and the unexpected realities of working with living systems forced us to be resourceful and humble. Each obstacle was an invitation to improve, to try a different approach, and to trust in our ability to figure things out as we went along.
